Returns & Exchanges
**As of Fall 2024:** We are going through a transition period and shifting some things behind the scenes! Please LET US KNOW that you would like to return/exchange as there may be a more up to date address to mail your return to! Thanks for your patience while we work through this phase of changes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please read instructions in FULL before mailing in your return or exchange.
Our products can be returned in NEW CONDITION (unworn and unwashed) for refund or exchanged. We will not accept returns for worn, worn and washed, damaged, or otherwise not brand new product. Items with makeup, deodorant, other stains, the smell of laundry detergents or anything else will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We are a USA Made California small business run by real people. We try to be as ethical and conscious as possible running our business and treat customers with respect. Please be as ethical and conscious as you can be as a customer and respect us as artists and makers who work hard to bring fabulous products to you.
- Include original packing slip or your order invoice with your information and your exchange or return request.
- You are responsible for return shipping. If you are exchanging, we will pay for first class shipping of the exchange back to you.
- To receive your exchange more quickly make a new purchase for the item/s you want and return the original item/s for a refund, otherwise Exchanges will be sent AFTER return is received.
- If you are an international customer YOU are responsible for customs/VAT. If you refused to accept your package from the customs office or your local post, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. If it is returned to us, you can pay again for us to ship it to you. If it is lost, we cannot be held liable for the lost package.
- Exchanges for lesser value: we will refund the difference
- Exchanges for higher value: you will have to pay the price difference
